Founded in
1994,NEURON ELECTRONICS has been all the time focusing
on the Research and Production
for electronic control
boards for gate automation, initially garage doors, windows and lately from
2010
on hardware
and electronic control systems for main house gates. Especially in Electronic
cylinders
and smart
locks.
For having
better results we created an autonomous division, Neuron Electronics-Lock
Division that focuses
exclusively on
mechanical advanced European cylinders and related products ( special mini
locks, hinges, defenders ecc).
We are a
fabless company (following the example of our brothers in microelectronic
industry) and
we manufacture
the OEM products, cooperating with long term partners that
have ISO9001:2015 system
and implement 5S
management system control, choosing every time, the best available solution, striving
for an
excellence on product quality.
At present,
our partners owns more than 180 semi-automatic and
full-automatic production and assemble lines
(or equipment), especially with 12 "STAR" Brand Core Machines, 15
Turret Crane Machines, 30 Cutting Machines,
20
"Brother" brand Machining Center,1
"48-station" Turning and Milling
Combination Machine, 7 "8-station "cylinder
body AIO
machines, and 5 cylinder core AIO machines. Furthermore, we have a 280T Large-scale Progressive Stamping
Equipment that can greatly meet various high-end needs
of customers.
In addition,
the factories have testing centers and R&D center.
The
cylinders produced by us have obtained certificates such as EN1303:2015 of
15000C5D, 16000A50,
16000C6D standards, and UK One Star Certificate KM685144.
The daily production
capacity is not very high, we are limited to one thousand (1.000
) cylinders,
under OEM
production and our usual delivery time for new products is between 70-90 days
for the first trial orders.

Overview of
high precision Cylinder ●The
key teeth has four sides with the included angle, total five rows of
38-holes,which sustain the secrecy and inductivity.(Super C-grade with anti technology-opening) ●The special key way design is anti-technology
opening, with Stealth characteristics ●The cylinder will not work and
be blocked when the cam be turned 15 degree by
technology-opening but not by the true key. ●There are two stochastic
hardened springs which could change the random force. ●The top of key has bult-in locking technology dead pin secure function. ●The cylinder is made by high
precision machining, fit with 38 stainless steel marbles.(T-shaped pins and
Mushroom-shaped anti-theft pins) ●The plug with modular design
can be expanded to different kinds of cylinders. ●The cupronickel key is strictly
protected, which is machined by professional equipments
and programs,preventing
the unauthorized bitting. ●The Master Key System can
provide 6 level management and achieve special cross management.
